I was up late last night

I was up late last night before i went to bed & I saw this episode of Tyra that really affected me. I dont know if it was relative or how old that episode was but it was the 1 with the girls who underwent drastic changes in surgery. And in the process those processes or surgerys went radically wrong. I really felt for those girls though man cuz they really didnt know. And I know they really regret & wish they could go back & do it all over again. Information is so important today. And that was definitely a valuable episode of footage for I think anyone & something that we all can learn from girls or dudes. Keep in mind these girls were mis-informed & so are we really in alot of ways. Nobody really knows everything. But keeping yourself around the right company & being prayerful definitely helps 1gain more positive experiences in life. And I encourage everyone to be more conscience about the lives you are living & the motives we have behind our actions.
